Other Policies
- Neither glassware nor glass bottles are permitted near, on the edge and inside the pool. Pool schedule: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm
- All persons must present their ID or valid passport, wear the bracelet and register before entering the hotel: children (CCSS card), adolescents (ID) and adults.
- The access to both the hotel and the facilities is at 2:00 pm (ACCESS IS NOT ALLOWED BEFORE 2:00 PM)
- Before booking, please check the availability of spaces for bicycles, jet skis or others, since they will not be inside the corresponding rooms.
- Barbecues and grills are not allowed inside the facilities.
- Pets (at the discretion of the Administration)
- Smoking is not allowed inside the facilities; Any person who violates this Law 9028 will be penalized with a fine of 36.000 colones (charged in cash) and the immediate removal from the facilities without the right to reschedule.
